Truth Must Prevails – by Stephen Dias, Dona Paula
Thursday - May 19, 2016
There were systematic and concerted efforts made by the print media in Goa, to pin down Goan against Goans by presenting falsehood lies and fairy tales against a legislator of the Goa Assembly Babush Monserrate. This focused attempt to nail down Babush in a fabricated technical rape case did not last long and Babush yesterday (18th May) was free to walk home on bail, but we Goans have to be careful that a section of the press consisting essentially of migrants would be working overtime to help the incompetent police force to nail down Babush during the trial to follow. We have to realize the Goan press in general is controlled by so called Brahminical lobby with migrant’s editors controlling the dissemination of news.

The role of Goan print media in extortion from Babush cannot be ruled out. It is said, that Bismarque is dead and gone and he will not be able to feed the hungry press in the Goan print media. His body is still in the morgue. How can we forget the sad Fr. Bismarque tragic death

“The accused is innocent until proved guilty beyond any doubt” so say our legal system but sadly many Goans have been tried by media, ridiculed in print and later condemned and convicted by media trials often slanted, slighted and heavily opinionated against the accused, through a police- media interaction and inter-relationship. Give a dog a bad name and shoot it
Congress Wants Naval Base Out Of Dabolim As Election Gimmick, GSRP Always Wanted Navy Out – by Floriano Lobo
Wednesday - May 18, 2016
This, in deed, is sweet music to our ears. GSRP congratulates the newly appointed Congress Block President Francisco Nunes for taking up this long forgotten issue by the Congress Party. It is now that the ball will start rolling. That it took the Congress Party a total annihilation from the
Goans For Sustainable Development Press Note – by Diana Pinto
Tuesday - May 17, 2016
GOANS FOR SUSTAINABLE DEVELOPMENT salutes Goa’s Ramponkar community, who in fighting for their traditional livelihoods are also making a heroic stand to safeguard our vulnerable coastline and our precious marine biodiversity, at great costs to themselves. The values guiding the traditional fishing

The former CM of Goa, Mr Manohar Parrikar raised our expectations with his promise of accountability and avowed zero tolerance to corruption. After people gave him a clear mandate, he only turned around to tell us that government offices will get emptied if he initiates action against corrupt officials- a kind of moral support they could have done without. It’s difficult to see any bonafide
A Message From The Ex-President – by Narana Sinai Dumo
Monday - May 16, 2016
As the clock struck twelve on the midnight of 14/15 August 1947, India emerged a free nation. It was a dream come true, a dream nurtured by hundreds and thousands of people of India; a dream which was turned into reality by our great leaders and freedom fighters. And then began the

The recent lathi charged on traditional Goan fishermen in Panjim by the Nazi type Police force of Goa should surely unite all the Goans under one umbrella to destroy BJP rule in Goa. The ugly faced CM of Goa looks mentally sick and blind too for this reason he failed to see properly the actual Lathi charged by the Nazi type Goa Police force. In fact there was no necessity to use
Narendra Modi’s Two Dismal Years As PM – by Aires Rodrigues
Sunday - May 15, 2016
The Narendra Modi government is completing two years and has failed on all counts while throttling even basic democratic values. The foul modus operandi of high-handedly destabilizing elected governments in non-BJP ruled states must be stoutly deprecated. The right lessons must be learnt from

This is precisely I am supporting views of both Dr. Francisco Colaço and Dr. Oscar Rebelo. Dr. Oscar Rebelo in his article in the Navhind Times today ( 14th May 2016) " Appreciate work of GMC doctors" and earlier by Dr. Francisco Colaco published under the title " A chilling Narrative" and in Navhind Times the titled was "Exposing Health Care Stake Holders" which was published on
Goa Police Force Acted Worse Than Hitler – by A. Veronica Fernandes, Candolim
Saturday - May 14, 2016
Yesterday the Hell was created in Panjim by the Satanic Police force of Goa when these Satans headed by their IFS Lucifer lathi charged the protesting fishermen mercilessly including the poor women. I have no words to express my anger over the barbarity the Policemen has committed and also I have no
