PANJIM: A minor girl, residing at Altinho in Panjim, on Thursday alleged that her parents knowingly allowed her sexual abuse at the hands of a relative. The girl complained to the Panjim police that she is being raped by her uncle since May last year, following which the accused was booked under the Goa Children's Act and was later arrested.
