MARGAO: Comparing chief minister Manohar Parrikar to former Portuguese dictator Salazar, a forum called Goynche Niz Mogi demanded that Parrikar should also be prosecuted with the 151 individuals named in the Justice M B Shah Commission report. Addressing media on Wednesday, forum president James Fernandes claimed that Parrikar had failed as a chief minister between 2000 and 2005 by remaining a silent spectator and permitting unregulated mining.
