MARGAO: The gram sabha of the Varca village panchayat held on Sunday adopted a resolution to oppose the proposed Mopa airport and to retain Dabolim as the sole international airport in Goa. PANJIM: A group of Right to Information (RTI) activists here on Tuesday petitioned Goa Governor Bharat Vir Wanchoo, accusing Chief Minister Manohar Parrikar of trying to scuttle the RTI Act and intimidate applicants.
