Open Challenge To BJP From Goa Su-Raj Party – by Inacio Vas
Wednesday - Aug 24, 2016
GSRP will campaign to elect BJP in Goa come March 2017 Goa Legislative Assembly Elections PROVIDED it gives Goa the Special Status that Goa has been demanding for the past 55 years before the said elections in Goa.The moot point is that during his current visit to Goa, Arvind Kejriwal of AAP has made a public statement that if there is the will in the present BJP dispensation ruling Goa and the Center, it is very easy for them to give GOA the Special Status that it has been fighting for, for all these 55 years, especially when there is an unanimous resolution passed by the Goa Legislative Assembly for that purpose.

Goa Su-Raj Party - GSRP accepts this argument and further makes its stand clear on this subject of Special Status for Goa. If the BJP Government, both at State level and at the Center should clear this long standing demand of Goa for Special Status under Article 371(I) of the Indian Constitution

It’s wonderful to note BJP won’t be able to bully Goa in 2017. 21 plus on their own a dream, was happy with the progress of AAP but certain facts get me shocked. These very fact will get its endorsement by many neutral observers of the forums. 1) The Connection of Ramdev and AAP Goa Unit.
An Alliance Of GFP With Congress Is A Must – by A. Veronica Fernandes, Candolim
Saturday - Aug 20, 2016
Further to the latest news in the media in Goa that “Goa Forward Party draws up electoral battle plans”, I give my full support for GFP for its willingness to form a grand alliance with Congress Party in the coming election. This alliance is the need of the hour to defeat the BJP otherwise
Konkani The Only Official Language Of Goa – by Nixon Fernandes

The last day of the Assembly session brought some anxious moments for Goa and Goans. Looks like the language ghost has come back to haunt again and it already started raising its ugly head. The Evils (Politicians) have started raising this issue for their own personal benefit and want to cash on this

Very interesting to read online about the exploits of Sanjit Rodrigues (Ex-Commissioner of Panjim CCP) – I have long suspected that he is a bit of a crook! Some friends of mine had dealings with him a few months back, when they alerted the CCP to a specific company trading illegally in the city (Ajju’s Mines & Minerals). Despite Rodrigues putting on a bit of a drama show in his office
