The session of the Goa Legislative Assembly begins tomorrow. Amongst other issues it is expected to consider some amendments to the Goa Lokayukta Act. The proposed amendment to penalize a person who files a false complaint with a fine of one to ten lakhs and upto a year in jail is uncalled for. Infact the amendment should have been to reward and recognize every complaint
