MARGAO: South Goa SP, Allen de Sa in reply to accusation made by Nuvem MLA, Mickky Pacheco regarding de Sa having Portuguese passport, denied that he has Portuguese passport nor BI ( Bilhete de Intedidade/ identity card).
“ What has been attached and produced with complaint is Teor ( birth certificate) and the same proves that I was born prior to 1961 ie prior to Liberation of Goa,” de Sa claimed.

MARGAO: In what appears to be a direct fallout of Thursday's suspension of Verna PI Edwin Colaco, Nuvem MLA Francisco 'Mickky' Pacheco, on Friday, accused South Goa superintend of police Allen de Sa of holding dual citizenship.
He also charged the officer with allowing matka (gambling) activities to flourish in the district.
